Terms of Sales

1. Agency Presentation

TAEL Corp, hereinafter referred to as TAEL Agency, is a communications agency based in Agadir (Morocco), specializing in brand strategy, digital marketing, graphic design, content production and web development.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sales govern the conditions under which TAEL Agency provides its professional and individual clients with communication, marketing and design services.

Any order placed with TAEL Agency implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sales.

3. Services Offered

TAEL Agency provides the following services:

  • Creation of communication materials (logo, brand guidelines, print materials, etc.)
  • Social media management
  • Website creation and development
  • Advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Communication and brand strategy consulting
  • Software development and AI integration

Each service will be subject to a personalized quote detailing the scope, timeline and pricing conditions.

4. Order & Quote Process

All service requests are subject to a free quote, valid for 30 days.

An order is considered firm and final upon signature of the quote and/or contract, accompanied by the applicable deposit (see Article 5).

TAEL Agency reserves the right to decline any order that is contrary to ethical standards, illegal, or deemed inappropriate.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (EUR) for European clients, excluding taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment schedule:

  • 50% deposit upon order confirmation
  • 50% balance upon delivery, or as specified in the quote

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, check, or Payoneer (for international clients).

Late payment: Any late payment will result in penalties equal to 10% of the total amount per month of delay, without prior notice required.

6. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are provided as estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in the quote. TAEL Agency cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client (late approvals, delayed content delivery, etc.).

7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all information necessary for the completion of the service
  • Respect payment deadlines
  • Validate deliverables within agreed timeframes

TAEL Agency cannot be held liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all creations remain the property of TAEL Agency until full payment has been received.

Usage, reproduction and distribution rights are transferred to the client upon settlement of the final invoice.

TAEL Agency reserves the right to use its creations for communication and portfolio purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged in the context of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Termination

In the event of early termination by the client, services already performed will be invoiced, and the deposit will be retained by TAEL Agency.

In the event of a material breach by either party, the contract may be terminated by right after formal notice has remained without effect for 15 days.

11. Liability

TAEL Agency commits to performing its services with due diligence and professionalism. Its liability may only be engaged in the event of proven and direct fault, and shall be limited to the total amount of the order in question.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Sales are governed by Moroccan law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts in the jurisdiction of TAEL Agency's registered office.

For European clients, TAEL Agency commits to seeking an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.
